Dit recept is een van de favorieten van mijn zoon (15 jaar op het moment van schrijven).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het is begonnen als taco vulling, maar ondertussen hebben wij ontdekt dat het ook prima gegeten kan worden met wraps, rijst, aardappels of in een pitta broodje. Heerlijk met wat verse tomaat, ijsbergsla, komkommer en wat mais. Met taco schelpen en dan ook wat geraspte kaas er over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oh en natuurlijk een heerlijke chilisaus als je het wat pittiger wilt.
